If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns and refunds policy outlines the conditions, timeframes, and steps for requesting a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product is in its original, unused condition and includes all original packaging and accessories.
  • The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items that are damaged, worn, or altered after delivery cannot be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at mitchell.harper21@hotmail.com with your order number, details of the product, and the reason for your return.
  2. Await Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Ship the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and mail it to the address provided in our return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Please note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply unless otherwise noted.

If the refund has not been processed after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at mitchell.harper21@hotmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for an exchange or issue a replacement at no additional cost. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take some time to post.
  • Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.
